Cloud scoring is subject to a fair-use monthly limit on every plan. Beyond it, scoring continues on the standard engine.

What happens when I use up my cloud scoring?
Everything keeps working. Scoring itself never stops — you move from cloud to standard scoring until your allowance resets.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes — Pro is $39.99 a year, about $3.33 a month, a 33% saving over paying monthly.
How is Lifetime different from Pro?
It has every Pro feature, including future ones, for a single payment instead of a subscription.
Can I cancel Pro?
Any time, from the App Store or Google Play account you subscribed through. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds follow their policies — request one from the store you bought through. Where local law gives you a right of withdrawal, that applies too.
Do I lose my words if I stop paying?
No. Your decks, words, review history and pronunciation scores stay for as long as you keep your account, whatever your plan. Only playback of older recordings expires; the scores they produced stay.
